Traditional dry sauna
A planned dry-heat environment for a self-directed general-wellness ritual. Heat tolerance varies; conservative use and hydration matter.
Red and near-infrared light
Exactly two articulated panels are planned. Research is device-, wavelength- and dose-specific, so no health outcome is promised.
PEMF-integrated loungers
A dark PEMF pad is planned on each of the two cream zero-gravity loungers. Evidence and individual responses vary; implanted electronic devices require professional guidance.
Adjustable pneumatic compression boots
Planned sequential leg compression with adjustable settings. This is a general-wellness option, not medical compression therapy.
Calming audio and filtered air
Environmental features intended to support a comfortable room ritual, without therapeutic or immunity claims.
