Will the room be completely private?
The planned format is one private suite reserved for one uninterrupted booking, without a shared wellness floor. Final occupancy, guest pricing and safety rules will be confirmed before opening.
How long is a planned visit?
The planned reservation is 60 uninterrupted minutes. Final arrival, departure and operating procedures will be published before opening.
Will I have to use every modality?
No. If the studio proceeds, guests will be able to use only what feels appropriate. More equipment does not automatically make a session better.
Will someone guide me?
The experience is planned to be self-directed, with orientation, device instructions and safety guidance published before opening. Final operating protocols may vary.
What should I bring?
Final clothing, hydration, towel and arrival guidance will be confirmed before opening. No visit is available to book today.
Will there be a shower?
That amenity has not been confirmed. Final equipment, amenities and operating details will be published before opening.
Is this a medical clinic?
No. Private Wellness is a general wellness room. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat injuries or replace care from a regulated healthcare professional.

Is the Newmarket studio open?
No. Private Wellness is evaluating a planned Newmarket suite. No appointment, visit or membership is available to book today.
What does the $49 Founding deposit secure?
It secures one planned 60-minute session at the discounted Founding rate and applies in full when redeemed. It is fully refundable before redemption. Regular single sessions are planned at $89.
Is the $49 refundable?
Yes. The deposit is fully refundable before redemption. If the location does not proceed, it will be refunded automatically.
Will I be enrolled in a membership?
No. No membership is purchased today, no subscription is created and there is no recurring charge.
Will anything else be charged automatically?
No. There is no membership, package balance, subscription, recurring charge or automatic later payment.
Where and when will the studio open?
A Newmarket-area location is planned, but the address and opening timeline are not confirmed.
What happens if I cancel Stripe Checkout?
No payment is completed and no reservation is claimed. You can return to the Newmarket founding preview if you decide to continue.
Founding session and planned occupancy
What is the Founding session deposit?
It is a refundable $49 deposit securing one planned 60-minute private-suite session at the discounted rate. The deposit applies in full when redeemed; regular single sessions are planned at $89.
Is a membership purchased today?
No. The current transaction is one refundable session deposit with no balance, membership, package, subscription or recurring charge.
Can two people use the room?
The planned suite includes two loungers and is being designed for solo or shared use. Final occupancy, guest pricing and safety rules will be confirmed before opening.
Why are reservations limited?
The offer is limited to 50 confirmed Newmarket reservations so opening-period access remains manageable. It is currently 80% reserved and nearly sold out.
Safety and room preparation
Who should get medical guidance before using the planned equipment?
Anyone pregnant or trying to become pregnant; anyone with an implanted electronic device, cardiovascular concerns, uncontrolled blood pressure, seizure or photosensitivity concerns; and anyone using medication affected by heat, light or circulation should consult a qualified professional first.
Can I use the sauna while pregnant?
Do not use the sauna while pregnant unless your own qualified obstetrical provider has specifically advised that it is appropriate. Current ACOG guidance advises avoiding sauna and hot-tub use early in pregnancy.
Can I use PEMF with a pacemaker?
No. Do not use PEMF with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device unless the device manufacturer and your qualified healthcare professional have explicitly cleared that exact exposure.
Will the planned room make medical outcome claims?
No. It is a general-wellness concept, not medical treatment. Evidence and individual responses vary by modality, device and dose.
How will the room be prepared?
Final cleaning, equipment, linen, air and room-preparation protocols will be published before opening.
What if I feel dizzy or unwell?
Stop immediately, leave the equipment, sit or lie safely, cool down and seek help if symptoms do not resolve. Call emergency services for severe or urgent symptoms.
